The ideal candidate will lead a team in customizing and implementing service-based solutions, develop deep strategies to solve business problems, and manage project deliverables effectively.

Skills
6-10 years of experience in Federal Government Consulting or other management consulting.
3+ years of experience with human-centered design and/or design thinking, employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Responsibilities
Lead a team in customizing and implementing service-based solutions.
Facilitate training, conduct focus groups and interviews, create journey maps, etc.
Develop deep strategies to solve multiple dimensions of a business problem.
Lead creation of project-specific deliverables, manage team contributions, and provide overall quality control.
Create status reports outlining project progress for leadership.
Independently manage time and deliverables.
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
