Technical Business Analyst

The candidate selected for this role will be tasked with defining and supporting key aspects of third-party partners, including overseeing integrations, to complete a bank out of the box solution offering. Continuously performing market analysis to understand the changing needs of the ideal Client adopter/client collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to proactively document recommended product changes. This candidate will work with clients to understand their business needs and help to define strategies and requirements to solution those needs. Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills must have traits.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The type of activities expected to be performed at this level include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop business scope and requirements for new products, features, and revisions to existing products.
  • Perform analysis of various banking systems and understand how they would interact with the Client core
  • Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
  • Assist in the analysis of competitor's product features, positioning and marketing, benefits and pricing.
  • Provide on-going detailed knowledge and problem resolution to the sales channels and business partners.
  • Reviewing payments process followed by the clients, and suggesting improvements
  • Become SME of application eco-system and provide training to employees or client on features and integrations
  • Build and maintain key business relationships (internal and external), culture and common commitment across the product eco-system

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience


EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in financial services experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Self-driven to meet deliverables and project timelines
  • Knowledge and or experience with a variety of banking applications and detailed understanding of those interactions
  • Track record of managing or leading project deliverables, and managing projects
  • Ability to provide remote support for our bank customers during live and post live implementation which may include issue resolution and manual maintenance
  • Project management or product owner experience a plus
  • Software Implementation and configuration background
  • Baseline understanding of the principles of technology

Location/Travel

  • Remote (telecommute) position within the contiguous United States.
  • Minimal travel (<5%) for occasional team meetings.

Supervisory Responsibility

None.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary but generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.
