Salesforce, Inc. seeks Technical Evangelist in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Review Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Components/Web Component code and other Salesforce configuration to ensure partners are utilizing the Salesforce platform to the best of its capabilities. Work with various Product Managers and build Salesforce applications very early in the product cycle. Develop applications and proof-of-concepts for partners within the Financial, Service, Sales and Industries Cloud. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Salesforce.com ISVs building commercial, enterprise-quality apps on the Salesforce platform. Participate in architectural and design discussions with strategic ISV partners to ensure technical success with Salesforce technologies. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the field of software engineering or program analysis or one (1) year of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skills: (1) Java; (2) JavaScript; (3) Apex; (4) Force.com Development; (5) Lightning Web Components; (6) Data Modeling; (7) SQL; (8) CSS; (9) Python; (10) Integration. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience, and criminal background checks will be conducted.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,200 to $190,000.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
