The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

Collaborates with and leads cross functional teams to deliver results on various product and software operational programs.

Manages communication with various program teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment.

Facilitates and moderates tough discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues when needed.

Ensures program deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
-
Schedules and moderates program review meetings as needed.
-
Develops Program Plans and manages the Program Plans through to completion to ensure they are being executed.

Produces and catalogs all program documentation including program charters and weekly reporting.

Develops reports/dashboards and communicates on a regular cadence to relevant stakeholders to keep everyone informed.

Thinks strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way to help improve FICO’s product operations globally.

Gathers feedback from key stakeholders and provides recommendations on the best way to advance program goals.

Acts as an agent for change within the organization to build strong program teams and advance FICO’s platform first agenda.
What We’re Seeking

Bachelor’s degree in highly related field; Advanced degree a plus.
-
General knowledge of FICO products, platform strategy, and how they work together.
-
Process oriented with strong attention to detail.
-
Strong background in leading and completing complex programs for Software-As-a-Service products and cloud-based services.

Understanding of agile development lifecycle and cloud delivery operations.
-
Collaborative style; partners well with cross-functional teams solve problems and to complete complex deliverables within tight time frames.

Exceptional facilitation, moderation and organization skills.
-
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advanced level preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

An ability to balance detail-orientation as well as big picture thinking and strategy.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $91,000 to $143,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
