Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Technical Program Manager (TPM) who has strong experience and knowledge in supporting development of LiDAR products for various applications. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of technical principles & tradeoffs related to LiDAR design with a proven ability to drive engineering architecture discussions.

What you'll be doing:

Drive activities to define product architecture in support of customer RFQs
Lead activities internally for demos and next-generation architectures to define product roadmap
Work in conjunction with Customer PM and Engineering PM teams on top down schedule definition thru RFQ stages
Drive internal requirements mapping meetings and development of module PRDs in conjunction with Product team
Coordinate system characterization test efforts internally, including prioritization of activities and timelines to support customer requests/improvements
Work with SW PM team to coordinate priorities for feature improvements in support of customer requests

What you have:

Strong technical understanding of LiDAR design & architecture
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to rapidly adapt and work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong facilitation skills to lead efficient design requirements, status, and review meetings
Familiarity with Jama Connect or other requirements management tools (preferred)
