We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Technical Leads in the coordination of software development projects, ensuring the team meets project deadlines, creation and curation of project roadmaps, and providing administrative support.
- Assist Technical Leads with the coordination of software development projects from initiation to closure.

Collaborating with developers and technical team members to capture technical requirements

Coordinate software releases with technical leads and their corresponding stakeholders.
-
Effectively communicate technical requirements, project goals, and objectives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
-
Assist in managing and maintaining project management tools and processes.
-
Provide status updates to stakeholders and participate in project meetings.

Support the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, with experience in software development projects preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, and Asana.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Skills and Abilities:-
Some knowledge about basic web programming a plus. Including

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with frameworks such as React and Node.js

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $67,700 to $122,700, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
