EnLink is seeking a talented individual to deliver on multiple projects that have both business and technology components. The person in this position will facilitate and drive cross functional teams (IT, Operations, Measurement, Accounting, Finance, Asset Analysis, Tax, etc.) to implement and adopt assigned projects according to an agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget utilizing the Agile methodology. Projects will incorporate Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) as well as data integration with the Azure Databricks Lakehouse architecture. Duties include:

Project Management:

• Ensure project team members are well trained and understand the Agile methodology; define project/program governance model to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand the vision and purpose of work being done as well as the business case used to justify it.
• Work with applicable project team members to gather requirements and develop project estimates and plans.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, working sessions, project team meetings, and sprint reviews as required.
• Responsible for all aspects of sprint delivery including user story workshops, sprint planning, elaboration and design sessions, and task management.
• Manage and track metrics pertaining to project progress, budget, change orders, risks, issues, and others as required; escalate to management as needed.
• Execute project management and Agile methodology best practices for successful implementation of projects.
• Utilize effective change management techniques to ensure project objectives are met and employee adoption is achieved.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur to ensure the success of the project.
• Provide periodic project progress, cost, schedule status updates as required by management.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Agile methodology by documenting and incorporating lessons learned.

Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, and Governance:

• Develop a deep understanding of EnLink’s software applications and the interfaces between them.
• Assist the business with reporting needs as requested (mostly Power BI and Excel connected to the data lake).
• Serve as a liaison between data architects/engineers and the business to ensure data modeling and design aligns with business requirements.
• Maintain data quality assurance and governance that results from work completed by data architects/engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in science or technology with strong background in project management, business requirement analysis, and agile methodology.
• 2+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience preferred.
• Scrum Master experience and/or certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks or similar data lake and data warehousing solution.
• Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increased transparency.
• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical/problem solving skills and a passion for learning various business processes and software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and driven to learn from stakeholders.
• Verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Extremely organized with attention to detail.
