Through the Vivian Health platform, we enable staffing agencies and healthcare employers to more easily find relevant talent, communicate more efficiently, and make better hiring decisions, ultimately enabling them to serve patients more safely and effectively.

THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote. 

You will:

  • Hunt the best talent for our tech open roles via outbound and inbound recruiting methods
  • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles
  • Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing and interviewing methodologies
  • Develop strategies to fill active and passive pipelines through sourcing & recruitment programs, and planning with leadership
  • Develop ideas to pivot messaging, job descriptions, or any external facing content/events to help impact our ability to acquire talent
  • Stay on top of the latest recruiting strategies, market movements, and company changes
  • Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
  • Enhance our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training interview teams, and becoming an expert at our ATS, Greenhouse
  • Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome

THE TEAM:

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead. You will be the first Tech Recruiter and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and have support from a coordinator/sourcer. We are a growing company and expect this role to have a lot of opportunity for growth.  

THE REQUIRED SKILL SET: 

  • 3+ years of Technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment, preferably for tech companies
  • 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard to find technical candidates, including engineering, product, and data candidates
  • Experience driving process improvements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
  • Proven track record working with confidential and/or sensitive information

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
