We need a Technical SEO/CRO Manager to execute site improvements for our brand partners. This role will work closely with our ecommerce, dev, and marketing teams and provide exciting opportunities to contribute to Pattern’s success in a noticeable, meaningful way.   • Create and execute SEO/organic traffic growth strategy from start to finish

  • Experience with front-end web development
  • Outstanding ability to use Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Search Console,

You will work with the other Digital Marketing Team members and be supervised by the Head of Digital Marketing. You will also be mentored by the VP of Advertising and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
