Technical Support Specialist
Vivian Health is transforming hiring and recruiting in healthcare. They are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and product support.
Skills
- Demonstrated customer centricity and desire for best-in-class customer experience
- Ability to work with product and/or engineering teams to triage technical issues
- Understanding of complex product functionality
Responsibilities
- Provide world class technical support to identify, triage, and resolve requests and issues
- Work cross functionally with product, engineering, and account management teams
- Consult and manage product related requests and improvements
- Create and manage customer self-service resources within the help center
- Guide and create the configuration of a ticketing system
Education
- 2+ years of experience in technical support
- Quantitative or technical degree preferred
