What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our Benefits and Protection team. In this role, you’ll support the learning and development initiatives and partner with subject matter experts to create and update business processes and procedures!

Write, develop, and maintain less-complex online support systems. This includes performing the following functions: audience/customer needs analysis, information gathering and analysis, project planning, status reporting, and customer satisfaction assessment.

Build relationships with internal business partners by assisting with technical documentation requests. Act as a resource for customers and staff on writing and online/paper presentation techniques.

Handle new projects, which can include changes to existing documentation.

Contribute to establishing and implementing documentation guidelines and developing techniques for documentation production and revision.

Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree (English, journalism, or technical writing preferred) or equivalent

You have experience with writing processes or process improvements

You have excellent written and oral communication skills

You have strong analytical and organizational skills

You have knowledge of TeamSite and Dreamweaver (highly preferred, not required)
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $43400 - $98400 / hour Additional Information:
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
