• Support shore site improvements through maintenance of technical documentation specifications and standards.
• Develop test reports at the conclusion of test events, documenting test results, test coverage and overall test status.
• Maintain system baseline documentation, specifications, technical data package, and other data forming the configuration managed product baseline.
• Review and update maintenance index pages or maintenance requirement cards, concepts, procedures, and plans.
• Develop, review and update Supplemental Provisioning Technical Documents or other associated documents as required.

• High School Diploma

• 3+ Years Experience

• Excellent customer service skills is a must, along with verbal and written skills. Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

• General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
• The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
• Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
