This is a 3-to-6-month internship opportunity that will start in mid-August. Based at our corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, FL, the Technology Experience Intern is responsible for handling all facets of Power Design’s innovative operation. In this role, you will be providing convenient and comprehensive services for all plan management, printing, inventory control, office supplies, and shipping needs. Manage and prioritize internal customer request queue while responding to user requests in a quick and efficient manner.

Determine the most appropriate methods, including outside vendors and suppliers, for accomplishing projects in the most time and cost-efficient manner.

Review operational procedures, identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes, and make recommendations for improvement.

Process deliveries and packages.

Maintain perpetual inventory and distribution of supplies.

Assemble critical documents accurately and in the most efficient method while maintaining quality standards.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Post-secondary education in pursuit of an IT-related discipline.

An interest in using technology to improve current procedures.

Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.

Must have a professional and positive attitude with a passion to serve others.

Proficient in Microsoft Products.

Familiarity with office equipment (large copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.) and reprographics experience is preferred, but not required.
