TechTarget is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for leading customer marketing efforts for TechTarget's flagship product Priority Engine. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will join a growing Product Marketing team and will play a critical role responsible for supporting customer adoption and retention by enabling our internal customer success organization and supporting our customers. Primary Areas of Responsibility:Content Development Develop best practice content to advise our customers how they can take advantage of our products and other complementary third-party products; Support our internal customer success team with product materials including slides to sell/upsell new use case recommendations; Analyze customer newsletter performance and analyze data trends to information future decisions; and Oversee our customer Knowledge Base documentation site and customer training platform. Product Launches Help manage and execute on the customer success release plan for new product launches; Create new datasheets, slides and email copy to support customer success for new product launches; Maintain and update post-sale product materials to reflect new product changes and benefits; and Help with walkthrough video creation of product features and updates, as needed. Customer Marketing Identify and interview customers about their success and convert them into webinars and best practice material; Collaborate with customer success to promote content internally and to customers; and Manage customer programs to gather feedback and influence product roadmap. About you:You're a strong content creator who enjoys explaining complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways; You enjoy talking to customers and senior leadership to understand how they are using our products; You're organized and capable of handling multiple project timelines across different groups; You're an independent worker who can lead projects from start to finish; You love multi-tasking and enjoy the freedom to work on different projects and with different people; and You're a positive person who loves to work with others, and they like to work with you. Job Requirements:5years of proven product marketing, marketing or CX experience, ideally in B2B tech; Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing; Strong written communication skills; Extremely organized with the proven ability to manage large project timelines; Experience working with cross-functional teams; Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (PowerPoint, Excel); and Camtasia knowledge is a plus.Salary Range:$80K -- $100KMinimum QualificationBrand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
