Product Learning Specialist
Tekion is seeking a Parts Product Learning Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have instructional design experience and be responsible for developing instructional materials and content to support effective learning experiences.
Skills
- Intermediate level knowledge in the Tekion CRM product
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with instructional design software and e-learning platforms
- Creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials
- Facilitate needs assessments to identify learning objectives, target audience, and performance gaps
- Design interactive instructional content including storyboards and outlines
- Review instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements to instructional materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make recommendations for improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design, communication, education, or related field
