Tekmetric is a cloud-based auto-repair shop management system focused on providing exceptional customer care. We are looking for a driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and enhance customer relationships while ensuring successful product usage.

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through contract renewal.

  • Navigate technical custom development processes.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to represent customer needs.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
