Tekmetric is a cloud-based auto-repair shop management system focused on providing exceptional customer care. We are looking for a driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and enhance customer relationships while ensuring successful product usage.

Responsibilities

Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through contract renewal.
Cultivate customer relationships with various stakeholders.
Represent Tekmetric in recurring customer meetings.
Navigate technical custom development processes.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to represent customer needs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
