We are seeking CRM Specialist / Developer to join our team. The team is engaged in the operation and enhancement of over 80 existing IT applications, including several new applications developed annually. Team activities cover information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security.The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services on a daily basis to perform mission-critical work. If at any time you would like to opt out of text messaging, respond "STOP".RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for optimizing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system to enhance business operations, improve customer relations, and drive sales and marketing strategies.• Responsible for maximizing the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care.• Act as a liaison between employees and the CRM software.• Collect and analyze customer data.• Use CRM systems to manage relationships.• Develop new ways to meet customers’ needs.• Address customer complaints.• Oversee the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives.• Develop marketing campaigns to attract new customers.• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar, or commensurate experience• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing CRM solutions.• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms• Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
