Account Executive Fully Remote... If you’re ready to explore the next step in your career: You’ll enjoy… Flexible Hours – Fully remote (equipment provided) – 9:00am-5:30pm (all time zones) Competitive Pay - Base hourly rate + monthly bonus incentives Expedited Interviews – Access to additional Resume support and pre-interview questions A day in the role… • Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about products • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals • Recommend the right solutions based on need across the ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition • Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach • Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics Necessary Skills and Strengths: Inbound Sales | Call Center Experience| Microsoft Office Suite Core Experience: • Consultative selling approach • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling and closing) • Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) • Familiarity with Google Workspace Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication skills Experience working in International markets About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
