NOW HIRING AN AREA SALES DIRECTOR IN PHILADELPHIA AREA!!Job Overview• Manages and directs sales team to achieve set goals - Current market has 3 inside sales and 7 outside sales reps.• Coaches and mentors both developing and experienced sales professionals on setting and attaining long-term and short-term sales goals, executing market plans, and utilizing available technological resources to optimize individual, division, and regional sales performance• Conducts quarterly key accountability reviews for all sales reps and provides coaching and guidance to ensure all key accountabilities are achieved• The incumbent works with the Regional Sales Manager to coach, develop, and mentor market area sales professionals, primarily Territory Sales and Commercial Services Representatives, to ensure the execution of market area sales strategies.Details• This is a direct placement opportunity offering 401k with match, medical, dental and vision insurance• Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p• This will be a hyrbrid position requiring travel within the sales region in PA - 80% travel• Discounted stock program options• Wellness incentives and Employee Assistance Programs available• 25% annual bonus tied to personal and market goalsAbout TEKsystemsWe're partners in transformation.
