If you have 2-3+ years of strong customer service/banking experience and are looking to get experience with a great company - apply today!• Pay: $20.00-22.00/hour• Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm• Office is located in Schaumburg, ILJob Description:• Administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests• Correspond with customers via phone and email• Validate and input account data into system of record• Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline• Collaborate efficiently with internal and external customers• Actively expand and maintain brand knowledgeSkills/Qualifications:• High School Diploma• 2-3+ years of Banking/Financial customer service experience• Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred, not required• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Exceptional attention to detail• Reliable - able to work in-office every day
