Description:MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:•Applies merchandising and analytical skillset to support business stakeholders on existing system functionality, and system enhancements consistent with an understanding of global business standards, process, and retail systems.•Develops and maintains effective business relationships with internal and external partners.•Works directly with Product Owners and the Product Manager on prioritizing project and support backlogs.• Validates data from multiple systems to assure accuracy and integrity of data. • Ability to learn and comprehend the technical details of existing integrations and functions of multiple retail systems.•Provides detailed documentation in support of existing system functionality, system enhancements and version upgrades.•Manages daily triage processes for any operational tickets that are filtered into the team and works with the product owner and manager to make tradeoff decisions.Skills:agile, business analysis, jira, retail, requirement gatheringTop Skills Details:agile,business analysis,jira,retail,requirement gatheringAdditional Skills & Qualifications:•3+ years of industry experience in supporting a merchandising team in multiple key areas such as planning, buying, allocation & replenishment and finance.•Demonstrated ability of working with retail specific solutions and ERP systems within a complex vertically integrated environment.•Bachelor’s degree in business or merchandising related field.•Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment with focus on attention to detail, and ability to multitask/prioritize workload.•Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.•Strategic approach to problem resolution as well as a demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and explain those concepts back to cross functional business partners in a meaningful way.•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, merchants, finance, store operations and outside vendor counterparts to deliver solutions.•Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative, positive attitude•Aptos Retail system experience is a plus.•Experience using Atlassian tools in an agile environment preferred.Experience Level:Expert LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
