Customer Service Representative – Open Enrollment / BenefitsStart Date: 9/30/2024 or 10/2/2024 (based on clearance)Pay Range: $18/hrTraining Schedule (first 3-4 weeks): Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pmSchedule: 40 hours per week will be assigned between the hours of Mon-Fri 6am-6pm with 1 Saturday per month (OT)Schedules will be assigned and not be changed after training.Contract Length: 3 month contract (opportunity for growth based on performance and demand)Training Location: 1851 North Resler Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79911Worksite Location: 100% remote after trainingJob Description:· Responsible for receiving 30-40 inbound calls per day (these calls will be coming in from a queue)· Provide benefit and open enrollment information to ADP client employees.· Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.· Examines, assesses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization.· Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.· Records employee enrollment in benefits.· Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk.Qualifications:· Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.· Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication.· Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customers· Strong attendance and reliability is required in this role.
