Customer Service Representative - Remote

Will be working 100% remote and will be provided equipment!A large Mortgage company is hiring fully remote Customer Service Reps to join the team for a great opportunity!Responsibilities:• The Rep, Customer Service I handles customer service inquiries and problems.• Handling primarily inbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50-100+ calls daily.• Sometimes candidates will be assigned to outbound calling campaigns (must be open to occasional outbound calls, when needed), but the team consists of primarily inbound agents with a few full time outbound agents.• Will be assigned/working on various campaigns – these could consist of refinances, home equities, insurance, home warranties, security systems, etc. Scripted environment.Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED required• Any kind of sales, upselling experience which could either be in person or over the phones is preferred but not required• 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience is highly preferred - in addition to the sales/upselling experience• Must be open to occasional outbound calls, but primarily inbound calls (they do have inbound agents and outbound agents)• Open to candidates in Mortgage, Banking, Financial, Warm/Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Surveys, etc.• No previous or active real estate licenses or NMLS loan licenses are allowed, cannot work here due to conflict of interest• *If Interested:Please apply to the job application!Note: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
