Data Entry Clerk

Description:The Supply Chain Clerk is responsible purchase order fulfillment and tracking working with our buyers, project managers and manufacturing teams. Your attention to detail, organization skills and ability to effectively communicate between the stakeholders will be essential in driving on time delivery for our products.• Review open order report and production schedule to determine overdue parts needed for follow up with vendors to get updates on deliveries.• Work with internal teams to understand schedules and priorities.• Work hand in hand with suppliers to communicate need dates for materials and get confirmations accordingly.• Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders updates from suppliers.• Update and maintain departmental records, database(s) and network files.• Interact with stakeholders to clarify project requirements, address questions or concerns.• Identify sourcing opportunities and provide valuable support to the product team.• Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests for additional information.• Work independently with minimal supervision.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
