Job SummaryNewly created role responsible for administrative services associated with reinsurance operations and support of a third party. Responsibilities include, tracking premium, claims, and settling reinsurance amounts as well as preparing reinsurance data requested by third party. Successful candidate should be able to independently research and document reinsurance information, reconcile amounts to bank accounts, identify issues and see them through to resolution. Works closely with reinsurance team, Finance and other areas within the Company, as well as third party.Principal Duties and Responsibilities• Administers life and annuity reinsurance at direction of third party.• Tracks reinsured claims and updates documentation• Actively supports monthly and quarterly settlement process with multiple reinsurers.• Prepares account reconciliations of banking information to reinsurer payments• Ensures payments and cash management processes are timely and accurate• Interacts with other areas of the company in providing services required by third party.• Communicate with reinsurers and third party.• Performs other duties as assigned.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
