The Central Operations team is the primary stakeholder for the tool, but member experience teams across our client utilize it for various moderation needs. There are a backlog of items that need to be addressed over the course of 2024 to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the UI. In addition, they recently launched new features to meet regulatory requirements in an MVP state and they need to enhance the tool to get it to a steady state for the Operations team.We are looking for someone with technical web-based UI experience who can enhance the system, while also managing the backlog of Ops requests. This person would have full support and guidance from the Lead Product manager, however, in an ideal world this person would be the primary product owner + engineer for the UI.Phase one of this project will be focused on the single page app and making the UI more usable. The website was created with asp.net MVC, so the developer will need to be able to understand c# and asp frameworks. They will be fixing the code by pattern, so it should be pretty straightforward.Phase two will be working on the "share my date" feature, which is currently available for our applications. This person will work on improving the functionality and usability of this feature. Currently, the service is using one back end and two different front ends (one for each brand). This person will work on refactoring the code and consolidating to get the code base up to the current version.
