This is a dynamic role and a phenomenal chance to create a huge impact.We promote innovation and new technology to further improve how we and our teams get work done.EducationBS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 7+ years, MS degree with 5+ years experience, or equivalentKey Qualification• Experience responding to critical customer-facing and internal executive-level escalations• Strong experience in support, operations, process improvement, relationship management, and data analysis.• You'll bring a diverse proven track record in professional programming of at least 5 years• Demonstrated track record designing, building, and deploying highly scalable cloud-based architectures• Experience in scripting languages, Java, JS frameworks, RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL), NoSQL (Cassandra) and Message queues (Kafka, SQS)• Ability to scope and estimate project requirements, and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences• Ability to effectively participate and lead conference calls with a large mixed audience.• Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills• Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.• Strong analytical capabilities for identifying and resolving engineering tradeoffsSkills:Java, Springboot, AWS, JavaScript, OOP, Microservices, HTMLAdditional Requirements:• This role is 40 hours a week with opportunities for overtime as needed• There is a support component that will be subject to change. You will likely be be on a rotation that you'll need to provide on-call support and respond to tickets over the weekend.
