Description:• Ability to handle 50+ inbound and/or outbound calls effectively• Utilize internal and external software to retrieve, input, or modify information needed to explain the charge and answer questions for patients• Willingness to follow up with members as needed to provide information related to account/balance resolution• Accurately document accounts including details related to the call• Responsible for performing customer service and answering questions around their benefits.• This person will be troubleshooting benefits questions mostly around flexible spending, HSA, HRA.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience from a healthcare within annual enrollment preferredExperience using multiple computer systems at one timeExperience previously working from a home a plusAny insurance experience/knowledge of flexible spending, HSA, HRAShifts between : 7am-7pm CST M-F• **Contract STARTS Beginning of October - Feb ( 5 month Contract for Annual Enrollment/tax season)About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
