Inside Sales Representative/ Customer Service - job 2 of 2

Base plus commission inside sales role looking to start asap! Description: • Respond to warm leads with a goal of closing sales for Bay Alarm Medical services • Manage several incoming phone lines and address customer needs as required • Take ownership for saving customers from cancellation, using defined retention tools • Place orders • Maintain database of customer leads and customers • Maintain a process for timely follow up and management of pending leadsQualifications:1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, receptionist, etc.)Sales experience / upselling experienceAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
