TEKsystems is actively hiring for FULLY REMOTE Inside Sales Specialists for one of our major health insurance clients! **Can sit in the following states: AR, AZ, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, WI **Start Date: September 16thJob DescriptionThe Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing Medicare membership. The Sales Specialist utilizes their expertise to effectively assist prospects and members through the sales cycle to ensure they are recommending the best product for their needs. This driven individual meets and exceeds their sales goals while being compliant to ensure the best overall experience for our future members.Day to day responsibilitiesBefore AEP, the day will be broken into inbound and outbound calls. Outbound will be more leads based and already people that are members. So it's less of a cold call. Most of these calls will be warm calls. There is a script that they can work off of but also have the ability to deviate from it if need be. Inbound calls will be either client calls or Dean health plan calls, the system will announce it prior to them taking the calls. They support Medicare, IFP, Medicaid lines. They will start on Medicare plans first, then to Medicaid plans, then to IFP.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma / GEDPreferred Bachelor Degree Or1 to 3 years of inside sales or brokerage experience in a health insurance environmentActive MN health license or ability to obtain.PayrateActive License 23.50/hrNo license: 21.50/hrEmployee Value Proposition (EVP)Commissions: Based on sales that came through, so they can sell the plan but they must enroll in that plan, must remain a member for 30 days.Licensed individual will get 30 dollars per sale.Unlicensed would be 15 per saleLast year they paid out 1500 to 2000 dollars per individual on average.Additionally, contractors may be eligible for additional incentive (such as qualifying for a Team Bonus) based on a variety of factors such as;CMS Test Call Accuracy ScoresAfter Hours StaffingRetention Driving Sales InitiativesSales Support (when the contractor performed sales assistance that resulted in the successful sales enrollment by an Inside Sales Rep on the team.Team Bonus Amount Range: $300-$500 a month depending on metrics and achievability.About TEKsystemsWe're partners in transformation.
