Description:The IT Hardware Specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and related equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, providing timely and effective solutions.• Perform regular maintenance and updates to hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.• Collaborate with the IT team to support network and software installations.• Maintain inventory of hardware equipment and manage hardware lifecycle.• Provide technical support and training to end-users on hardware-related issues.• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for hardware security and data protection.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
