Our client is hiring a Manufacturing Test Technician to join their team that will be optimizing robotics and cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems. Our clientis aiming to hire candidates with a strong passion for robotics and hands on experience in trouble-shooting both mechanical and electrical systems.Candidates with a minimum of six months to a year of testing equipment in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply! Candidates that have a demonstrated proficiency in trouble shooting mechanical and electrical systems will be strongly considered for employment.Responsibilities:• Execute routine and specialized tests to ensure product quality and performance standards.• Trouble shoot and diagnose issues in electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.• Maintain accurate test records and collaborate with engineers on solutions and test coverage improvements.• Demonstrate a strong understanding of PLC systems including troubleshooting ladder logic.• Promote a safe work environment and a willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced goal oriented manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Associates degree in electronics, or related technical field. (Client will also consider appllicants with equivalent experience.)• Formal trade qualifications or current electrical contractor license.• Experience with data collection tools and Quality Control Systems• Robotic programming experience.Experience Level:Minimum of 6 months of testing experience is preferred.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
