Description:- Manage front desk for clinic- patient facing and phones- Schedule appointments- Collect patient documentation and enter into EHR- Collect copayments- Review insurance information- Support medical staff to serve patients- Answer incoming phone callsQualifications:- min 1 year medical front desk in doctor's office- strong customer service - in person and phone- basic knowledge of patient forms and EHR - what's needed before seeing a doc, how to enter it into the system- basic knowledge of commercial & gov insurances - how to collect insurance cards and co paysExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
