Job Description
-Handling outbound calls in regard to the sale of products or services for major manufacturers/retailers
-May also support incoming claims requests and sales requests
-Offline tasks for sales processing at times
-Perform outbound and inbound tasks
-Document info accurately in database
-Will receive leads from the company they will call to follow up on (Warm calls)
Qualifications
-1-2 years of Outbound Sales experience
-1-2 years of Call Center experience
-Microsoft Excel experience
Hours
Monday- Friday- 9am- 6pm-- 40-hour work week paid out
Pay
16-18/hr. (based off experience)
