100% remote call center job opportunity to work for one of the largest benefits organizations in the area - Full training provided, opportunity for overtime and advancement• Hours: must be flexible to be assigned an 8 hour shift between 8am-8pm est.• Monday - Friday, must be open to working Saturdays• Must have your own computer to useCompensation: $14.50/HR (OVERTIME RATE: $21.75/HR)Bilingual in Spanish pay rate is $15.50/hr.START DATE: AUGUST 26, 2024Qualifications:• 1 year of customer service experience• Excellent communication skills• Microsoft Office proficient• Excellent computer skillsDescription:-Deliver the highest level of customer service experience-Answer customer calls- Reset Passwords- Assist with creating accounts- Uploading documents- Answering general questions-Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries-Help customers manage their accounts-Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options etc.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
