Job Description... (Lead Generation Agent) • Handling high volumes of incoming calls from an auto dialer. • Responding to customer online inquiries regarding application. • Work alongside insurance agents to help generate leads. • Ask a series of questions regarding application online to verify information. Work Environment • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm PST. • You will receive $100 Stipend for internet while working from home. Performance Information • No cap on the commission and are very invested in its employees as long as you put in the effort. • Top performers have earned $4,000 in bonuses alone within a month time period. • There are different tiers in the bonus structure (e.g. every transfer over the minimum transfers is $3/transfer and goes up from there). • STRONG WIFI REQUIRED.
