SPANISH-Quality Assurance Coordinator100% REMOTE• Temporary - Open Enrollment*Job Details:Location: Remote WFH / Contiguous United StatesStart Date: 9/18/24Equipment: BYOD plus camera.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM ET through October 31st, 2024.Hours of Operation During Open Enrollment:• 11/1/24-1/18/25: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 8:00pm EST and Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm EST• 1/19/25-2/5/25: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 8:00pm EST and Sat-Sun 8:00am – 5:00pm EST• 1/29/25-1/31/25: 8:00am - 10:00pm EST• 2/2/25: 8:00am - 8:00pm ESTQualifications:• Bilingual proficiency in languages as specified (SPANISH + ENGLISH)• High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.• May have additional training or education in area of specialization.• Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.• Communicate routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.• EQUIPMENT: BYOD plus camera.Job Summary:• The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and directing staff members on the quality of work performed as measured against project standards, contractual requirements and performance measures.• Responsible for evaluating staff members on the quality of work performed as measured against project standards, contractual requirements ans performance measures.• Assist with the development, analysis and distribution of project reports and performance indicators.• Regularly assess the knowledge needs of the staff related to processes and policies regarding the client/contract operations and develop plans to meet those requirements.• Conduct monitoring activities for quality assurance purposes.• Assist with monitoring performance and meeting contractual requirements.Device Requirements:Bring Your Own Device1.
