Duration: 12+ months w2 contractLocation: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid in office 3 days per week)Top Skills' Details• Product Design• UX• Figma is a must• Design Thinking• Visual DesignDescription:• Design and deliver creation of experiences based on user inclusion methods that involve research, UX strategy definition, usability testing, design refinement, influence and prioritization of sprint backlog, partner/customer demo and validation during Sprint Review events.• Be accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the company• Influence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience considerations and participate in roadmap planning and virtual teams• Make decisions in customer experience strategy for platforms and products requiring understanding of the function and compliance requirements• Will be doing Product Design (both visual and wireframes) for internal applications used by bankers, tellers and customer service agents. This is a very visible initiative for the bank. Establishing a new cross channel platform requires a candidate who can clearly communicate and define complex design patterns and solutions while working on this highly visible initiative. Candidate must be able to influence ideas and lead design thinking that promotes the best solution for the users.
