Technical Inside Sales Representative

We are at the forefront of integrating modern technology in design-build project solutions. We are currently seeking to expand our team with a dynamic Inside Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in customer service and technical sales support!• *What You'll Do:**- Provide exceptional customer service across all project phases.- Engage in incoming sales and customer service calls, ensuring timely follow-ups to secure sales opportunities.- Collaborate with technical teams to craft suitable solutions for project needs.- Develop Technical Proposals and Technical Approach documents.- Prepare and lead presentations to stakeholders.- Strategically evaluate project needs, developing detailed scopes of work and execution methodologies.- Generate customized, time-sensitive technical proposals in a competitive environment.- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, both internally and externally.• *What We're Looking For:**- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for maintaining customer relationships and confidentiality.- Ability to interact effectively with various departments within the company as well as external clients and suppliers.- Familiarity with electrical engineering, control systems, and computer engineering (preferred but not essential).- Experience or general knowledge in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Business/sales administration backgrounds may also be considered.- Strong ability to prepare detailed project documents such as Work Breakdown Structures and complex estimates.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
