UX Researcher - job 1 of 2

Our client is looking to bring on a long term contract Sr. UX Researcher to join their team. This person will be required to be on site 5 days a week in Spring, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience working on internal enterprise applications. Someone who has only worked mobile, customer facing applications won't be a good fit for this role.Description• Develop research strategies that will not only answer known questions but may reveal previously unidentified factors that should be considered.• Design and conduct generative and evaluative research.• Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data.• Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.• Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities.• Scope problems and objectives that may not be clear to stakeholders and project teams.• Advocate and evangelize to teams who are not yet familiar with UX design and research.Pay Range: $60/hr - $80/hrRequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
