Telecom Business Analyst

Required Skillsets:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis in the mobile/wireless domain

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

Proven ability to take complex issues and summarize/simplify the issue and associated business impact

Must be very detail oriented and ability to manage/prioritize tasks for yourself and others

Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out issue root cause and/or requirement/solution gaps

Demonstrated background in process development and documentation

Demonstrated ability to influence decisions within project teams

Background in the mobile customer care, ordering and billing platforms

Background in MSO/Cable a plus

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
