Asyou continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover yourpotential can take you anywhere you want to go.Did you know that our Chief ClientOfficer started her career at Teleperformance as an agent andadvanced to the pinnacle of the company?At Teleperformance, thesky is the limit!Thisposition will be based on-site at our Brownsville, Texaslocation.YourResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Support Representative, you will beresponsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varyingquestions, issues, andconcerns.• Provide front line, first level, technical assistancefor consumers• Supporting Client specific high speed internet servicesdelivering an exceptional customerexperience• Resolve technical problems, within a fast paced,customer facingenvironment• Troubleshooting and issue resolution assistance withClient service and / or devices specific issues including internetconnectivity and performancetroubleshooting.• Supporting customer needs related to Client specifichigh speed internet services and or devices includingtroubleshooting, triage, and additional required resolutiontechniques.• Deliver in scope support for internet service andconnectivity related issues pertaining to operating system, PC, andbrowser configuration.• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and he abilityto solve customer issues.• Resolvecustomer issues on the first call as frequently aspossible.• Open andmanage trouble ticket system for user issues, Data Network, OSissues.• Be patient, courteous andfriendly with customers at alltimes.• Demonstrate a positiveattitude.• Addressand solve technical problems in a timely manner and complete allwork assignments within expected timeframes.• Adhere to all work scheduleassignments.• Abide byand support management directives and adhere to all Teleperformancepolicies.We’relooking for fearless people people who are inspired to deliveronly the best in all that wedo.• Over 18years of age• Abilityto type 25 wpm• HighSchool Graduate or GED• Comfortwith desktop computersystem• Proven oral & writtencommunication skills• Logicalproblem-solving skills• Abilityto navigate Windows operatingsystems• Organization and workprioritization skillsBe Part of Our TPFamilyIt is our mission toalways provide an environment where our employees feel valued,inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selvesto work every day.We believe that when employees are happyand healthy, they are more productive, creative, and engaged.
