Job responsibilities:
- Market research: Starting from customer needs, company strategy, and competition, gain insight into customer needs, analyze the demand and characteristics of logistics products in the target market, and provide decision-making basis for the company's logistics product positioning, product optimization, and business development
- Product Planning: Responsible for cross-border e-commerce logistics product system planning, product standard formulation, product life cycle management, etc
- Product research and development: Responsible for the research and development, online promotion and product optimization of cross-border e-commerce logistics products and value-added services
- Operational guidance: Responsible for the formulation of cross-border e-commerce logistics product operation SOPs to ensure that the operating department and service providers operate according to product guidance requirements
- Routing planning: Responsible for cross-border e-commerce logistics product routing planning, product timeliness, SLA monitoring and optimization
- Participate in supplier selection, evaluation, performance monitoring, etc.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the international airfreight logistics industry
- Cross boarder Ecommerce, International Express/courier products experience is Preferable
- Fluently English both verbally and orally
