Are you passionate about quality and operational excellence in healthcare? As a Quality Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations of our contracts. Leading a dynamic team of nurses, you will focus on enhancing case management services for transitions of care and complex case management. In this role, you will drive team success by setting and achieving goals, and meeting project requirements. You will provide regular reporting and actively monitor quality performance outcomes ensuring compliance with client and contract deliverables as well as service/accreditation standards.
