About the role
Telstra’s in-house creative agency is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop insight-driven, engaging and authoritative content for our business and enterprise customers.
This role is central to creating high-quality, research-backed content that simplifies complex topics, establishes Telstra as an industry thought leader and supports customer engagement across digital, social, CRM, web base blogs, event collateral and enterprise communication channels.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and marketing teams to produce content that is not only well-written but also strategically aligned with Telstra’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Content Writer, you will develop and deliver well-researched, engaging content tailored for enterprise customers and communities, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms, while supporting marketing and sales teams with informative materials and maintaining an evolving content approach aligned with industry trends and business objectives
