We are searching for a talented Project Manager to work on multiple ServiceNow projects & other application development mandates.As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful client projects, ensuring their successful delivery in a dynamic and multi-geographical environment. You will be responsible for managing project scope, deliverables, success criteria while working closely with team members and stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. As a team member of our Client Project Management Office, you will collaborate with your colleagues to deepen our project management expertise & continuously improve our tools and processes. As a team member of our ServiceNow Practice, you will work with other teams to expend our practice by providing project management expertise.Responsibilities• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation and closure or transition to a support & maintenance phase.• Multi-Client environment: Manage multiple accounts and multiple teams supporting clients using Agile methods or Hybrid approaches when necessary• Multi-Vendor environment: Work with and manage multiple Vendors• Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project goals are met within budget and time constraints.• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and communication among team members.• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and expectations. Host project meetings per agreed cadence both internally and with the client• Quality Control: Establish quality standards and monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet predefined criteria.• Financial excellence Build financial reports and metrics on assigned projects as well as consolidate reports for other projects• Performance and Metrics Build reports and keep a tight follow-up on team's assignments and operational activities.• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, evaluating their potential impact and implementing adjustments as needed.• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts, obstacles, or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant records.• Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive relationship.• ServiceNow Partnership Acts as TI representative when interacting with ServiceNow and help cultivate a productive partnership• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in project processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.• Participate in client proposal processes when project management expertise is required.What’s in it for you?TELUS International is pleased to offer great benefits as a contractor which include but are not limited to:• Internal Referral Program, for every referral hired you’ll get a referral bonus and amazing prizes• Transparent work culture to lift your ideas & initiatives at the enterprise level & investment to execute successfully.• Our development programs are designed to promote technical growth and enhance leadership and relationship skills across individuals. We spark your career growth, with a vast array of in-house and external training programs which are listed below, but not limited to:• Trending technical skills• Business domain & customer interaction• Behavioral & effective communicationQualifications And Skills• Strong expertise in project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.• Specialized knowledge of ServiceNow is mandatory.• Excellent English / French oral and written communication skills is a must.• Interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.• Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies, principles, and practices such as Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM.• Understanding of Service Management processes & best practices for Infrastructure, Cloud, Hosting and Operations Management services.• Proven experience in executing and delivering on objectives; previous experience managing change orders and risk management.• Comfortable interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams to negotiate, communicate, and influence to meet project needs• Strong analytical skills to seek creative and innovative ways to deliver client solutions.• Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial for managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.• Familiarity with project management software tools and techniques, as well as relevant industry standards and best practices.• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements, stakeholder priorities, and external influences.Education/Certifications• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.• Professional certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) or equivalent• ServiceNow Certification or trainingJoin our TELUS International FamilyEveryone belongs to TELUS International.
