Job Summary

The Alvarez Research Group at Drexel University is looking for a research assistant to complete work on a novel 3D rotary printer. Essential Functions

• Implement the design of a novel 3d printer under the supervision of graduate students and the primary investigator.
• Create documentation and train lab members on the novel 3d printer.
• Provide feedback and guidance to undergraduate students assisting with the project.
• Document and track daily efforts and share this documentation regularly with direct supervision (Alvarez).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical) or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with: raspberry pi, python, matlab, solidworks, modbus

Physical Demands

• Typically sitting at a desk/table
