Temporary Sales Assistant

This role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.

Assignment Details:

• Hybrid work schedule
• Up to 6 month assignment – Full time hours
• Hours are typical 8-5 M-F
• Possible overtime hours required

Responsibilities:

• Spreadsheet work through Microsoft Excel
• Supporting quoting team on crafting proposals
• Documenting customer information into our systems
• Recording data by filing and scanning
• Answering direct calls or responding to inquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Analyzing trends and service levels
• Working on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word is required
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• 2+ years administrative experience in a professional environment is helpful
• Health insurance experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
