Quality Assurance Specialist
Tempus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist passionate about improving the healthcare industry through precision medicine and AI technologies. The role involves ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and supporting quality management system activities in clinical laboratories.

Responsibilities
- Process and manage issues/incidents including deviations, NCs, and CAPAs.
- Participate in process improvements for issue/incident reporting.
- Collaborate with Regulatory for health authority reporting.
- Assist in NC/CAPA activities including investigations and root cause analysis.
- Drive ownership of incidents to resolution.
- Identify trends and provide metrics for root cause analysis.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science field
