Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic partnerships with high-priority lab partners.
Develop and foster relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations.
Manage all KPIs of the partnerships.
Handle escalations and issues with lab partners.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer goals.
Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Business discipline.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
