Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage all KPIs of the partnerships.
  • Handle escalations and issues with lab partners.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer goals.
  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Business discipline.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
